What are the default payment boundaries?
The workshop is paid before scheduling. Larger packages use objective milestones. Pay-when-paid terms and open-ended free presales are not accepted.
How are IP and non-solicitation handled?
The client owns client-specific deliverables; pre-existing methods and templates remain provider IP. Reasonable, time-bound non-solicitation and mutual confidentiality can be included in the agreement.
